In this two-hour workshop, you will learn how to better discern negative or draining energies, protect your energetic field, and stay rooted amidst chaos and confusion. We will also learn more about the heart protectors, and the fire element’s role in setting boundaries. This class will consist of lecture, meditation practice, reflection, and conversation. We will also work with practices to call in support, as well as ways to clear and release energy that is not yours.
