Continued Study for Five Spirits Training Graduates

This mentorship is designed as an ongoing study group for graduates of the Five Spirits Training. Our aim is to deepen skill development and inspire richer conversations around Qigong form, energetic anatomy, and philosophy. We’ll continue building fluency in Qigong forms while anchoring them in lived practice and teaching readiness.

Topics We May Explore:

  • Primordial Qigong

  • Structure of Qigong Practice

  • Slowing Down & Guiding Qi

  • The Eight Extraordinary Vessels

  • The Extraordinary Fu Organs

  • The Heart Protectors

  • Nei Guan: Internal Viewing Meditation

  • Seasonal Acupressure Introductions— using Lorie Dechar’s book Kigo as a place to begin, we will explore the poetry of the points, and how we can use them in qigong practice.

  • Discussion of local land, animal and plant friends in relation to the five spirits. Who is speaking to you where you are?

  • Animal Forms and Animal Frolics

Prerequisite: Completion of the Five Spirits Training.
