The Support to Nurture Your Own Qigong Practice
The Nosco Practice Path contains curated resources by Stephanie Nosco to support the unfolding of your Qigong journey and to provide easy to access resources no matter what your level of expertise is or what season of life you are in. It is a space devoted to your well‑being — a place where your body, your energy, and your inner life can reconnect in a way that feels natural and deeply supportive. Being here is an act of honouring your own rhythm. It’s a choice to cultivate steadiness, to listen inwardly, and to let your practice become a companion rather than a task.
For 30 days starting October 12th, 2026 through November 11th, 2026, we’ll follow the intelligence of the each of the five organ energies - the heart, liver, lung, kidneys and spleen.
Each day you’ll receive a Qigong— a practice, a reflection, a moment of connection — with three live sessions each week to help you stay consistent.
Class times can be found in Mighty Network. Class recordings are added to the on demand library.

* Like anything worth doing, building a habitual Qigong practice takes devotion. We recommend giving yourself 3 months to build the practice. By then you’ll know if it’s helping you on the path.
You don’t have to know where to start. You don’t have to do it “right.” Just begin — gently — and let the practice meet you.
Welcome. Truly. I’m honored to walk this path with you.
— Stephanie
